Distance is not the variable that matters

I started coaching clients over live video in 2020, when U FIT ran Zoom boot camps through the lockdowns. What those years proved is simple: the clients who succeed remotely are the ones whose coach builds real structure and checks in like a professional. The medium is not the variable. The standard is.

Online coaching with me runs on the same system my in-person clients and my own competition prep run on. The only difference is how we communicate.

What is included

Who thrives with online coaching

People with structure in their lives already: professionals, parents, athletes, and competitors who can execute a plan when the plan is clear. If you need someone physically standing over you to finish a session, in-person training in the Alton and Godfrey area is the better fit, and I would rather tell you that now than sign you up for the wrong thing.

If you can show up for yourself four days a week, I can handle everything else from here. Apply and tell me your goal.

How it works

  1. Deep-dive intake

    Goals, training history, equipment, schedule, food. The more I know, the more precise the plan.

  2. Your program and structure

    Training and nutrition delivered with video demonstrations and the reasoning written out. You will never wonder why something is in the plan.

  3. Weekly check-ins

    Photos, weights, training notes, and questions. You get adjustments and honest feedback, not a copy-pasted 'keep grinding.'

  4. Video review

    Lifting technique and posing reviewed frame by frame. Distance does not stop a trained eye.

Questions, answered

How is online coaching different from a PDF program?

A PDF does not watch your squat, adjust your food after a bad week, or answer questions on a Tuesday night. Coaching is the relationship and the adjustments, not the document.

Can contest prep be coached online?

Yes. Prep clients check in weekly with photos and data, posing is reviewed by video, and peak week is planned in writing. Many competitors are coached remotely all the way to the stage.

What equipment do I need?

Whatever you have is the starting point. Full gym, garage setup, or bands and dumbbells: the program is written for your actual equipment.

What if I travel constantly?

Then your plan is built around travel: hotel gym templates, restaurant strategies, and check-ins that fit your time zones. Consistency is a design problem, and design is my job.
