Every placing on my record happened within an hour of St. Louis: second in class at the 2022 NPC Midwest, seventh at the 2025 NPC Midwest, and then the 2026 NPC Missouri State Championships in St. Charles, where I won Men’s Physique Class D, Masters 35+, and the overall title at a national qualifier.
For a competitor targeting these stages, that local record carries practical weight. I know these venues, these backstage rhythms, these judging panels’ preferences, and the caliber of physique it takes to hold center stage here, because I have been compared against it and, most recently, been it.

St. Louis area prep clients get the complete system: assessment with honest timeline math, training and nutrition structure, weekly data-driven check-ins, posing woven through the prep, and a written peak week and show-day plan.
Local also means logistics get easier. Tanning, registration, venue quirks, hotel-or-drive decisions for St. Charles: I have solved these for my own preps, and my clients inherit the answers.

In-person training happens in the Alton and Godfrey area, thirty minutes from downtown St. Louis. Full remote prep is available for competitors further out, with the same check-in structure I have run online since 2020.
