Coached by someone these stages have scored
St. Louis area competitors have a resource most regions do not: a posing coach whose scorecards come from the exact circuit they compete on. The NPC Midwest Championships in St. Louis scored me second in 2022 and seventh in 2025. The 2026 NPC Missouri State Championships in St. Charles scored the rebuilt version: first in Class D, first in Masters 35+, and the overall title.
Between those placings, presentation was one of the biggest things I rebuilt. I coach that rebuild to competitors across the metro: Missouri side, Metro East, and everyone driving in for the area’s shows.
What sessions cover
Everything in the posing service, tuned by local stage experience:
- The mandatory positions, built from the feet up and held to comparison-round lengths
- Transitions and quarter turns drilled until adrenaline cannot break them
- Comparison round strategy: callouts, switches, and pacing for long rounds
- Video review between sessions, so progress continues at home
In person or by video
In-person sessions happen in the Alton and Godfrey area, an easy drive from anywhere in the metro. Competitors further out use video review, which works shockingly well for posing: you film, I annotate, you drill, we repeat. Plenty of competitors mix both, with an in-person session early in prep and video reviews down the stretch.
Show season on this circuit arrives faster than every competitor expects. Book before the panic weeks.
